* Government Laboratory RT-PCR Test is only provided to people with COVID-19 symptoms (such as fever, dyspnoea, coughing), or in contact with confirmed or suspected case (including traveller or person undergoing quarantine)
- Fill out the online questionnaire
- Download APPS (https://app.doctornow.hk/en/pages/usage) and settle the payment
- Video assessment with registered medical practitioner
- Delivery the specimen bottle to your home
(DoctorNow will contact you as soon as possible and ask our medical staff to conduct a video consultation with you within 2 hours during business hours. Specimen bottles are delivered on the same day. ) - Sample self-collection
- Return the specimen by yourself to one of the DH designated collection clinics
