In 2020 January, we launched our telemedicine services to all Hong Kong citizens to tackle the healthcare challenges and burdens brought by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Besides telemedicine services, DoctorNow also offers wellness and vaccination programs to our corporate partners and the elder homes. Our first-ever wellness program was successfully completed in mid-2019 with excellent customer reviews.
Our first B2B strategic partnership was concluded with Cigna Hong Kong in mid-2019 to provide seamless telemedicine experience to its valuable members, including but not limited to video consultation with HK registered doctors and same-day medication delivery.
To promote the concept of telemedicine and in-home healthcare to our beloved Hong Kong citizens, we are enthusiastic to participate in healthcare-related exhibitions. Our first exhibition was successfully completed in late 2018.
